Where are your servers located?

Can you help moving from old host?
Sure thing. We’re offering a free cPanel migration service included with any of our reseller hosting plans. After placing your order, kindly submit a ticket and we will be right there.
Which PHP version do you offer?
We use CloudLinux along with CageFS and PHP Version Selector. You can select and change the PHP Version for your cPanel account, we offer versions from 5.6 all the way up to 8.0.
Which MySQL version do you use?
We use MariaDB 10 which is equivalent to MySQL 5.6. An enhanced replacement for MySQL with improved performance. MariaDB is a robust SQL server.
Do you offer SSH access?
We offer Jailed SSH access to our hosting plans. This will allow you to access your site using SSH with your account username and password.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. It is also possible to pay with Mobile Wallets, Bank transfer, or PayPal. You also have the option to setup an automatic recurring payment to be automatically deducted from your card every month.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
What happens if I didn't renew my hosting?
We will notify you by email every month of the recurring due payment. If you choose not to renew, we will save all your data for a period of time. During this time, your website & email addresses will be closed. After that period, if you didn’t renew, your website hosting data will be automatically deleted.
How do I cancel the service?
Cancelling your Purple plan is simple. You can do it yourself, by navigating to the "services" section on your account with us and request cancellation. We guarantee no contracts and no hidden fees. You're free to cancel the service at anytime.
